• All orders are printed and prepared as specified in the order details submitted by the user.

• The customer's billing and shipping information will appear on the order review and confirmation page after an order is placed. This information is never shared or sold. Customers are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that complete and correct address information is provided for shipping purposes prior to submitting an order.

• Payment is required in full before processing orders.

• Gift cards, coupons, and credits, if available, are only redeemable for full-price items and may not be eligible for specials or promos, or combined with any Gift card, coupon, or credit other unless otherwise specified.

• Discounts and sales cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the discount or sale notice is posted.

• All orders are shipped directly to you via UPS Ground (unless otherwise requested) and are typically delivered within two weeks.

• Olin Gillis Fine Art Prints reserves the right to deny service to anyone at its own discretion.

Secure Shopping:

All credit card transactions are securely encrypted using industry-standard encryption methods. Customers also have the option to pay via PayPal (same level of data protection).

​Shipping & Delivery:

NOTE: Free shipping, as advertised on this site, applies to small item count orders only. Single orders with multiple prints or any order that calls for additional packaging or shipping requirements (larger print size and count) may result in an additional shipping charge. Very few orders require these additional charges.​

All orders are shipped directly to you via UPS Ground (unless otherwise requested) and are typically delivered within two weeks. Olin Gillis Fine Art Prints is not responsible for shipping delays encountered after the package is handed over to the shipper.

Damaged Prints:

Notice of damaged merchandise must be submitted to Olin Gillis Fine Art Prints in writing through our contact page within 5 calendar days after the delivery date documented by the shipping courier. Damaged prints may need to be picked up by the shipper for inspection before refunds or replacements can be processed.

​In the unlikely event that your print is damaged en route (they are extremely well packaged), Olin Gillis Fine Art Prints will forward details regarding replacement procedures. Please note that Olin Gillis Fine Art Prints is not responsible for damage to prints after documented delivery or any damage caused by the customer or a third party after delivery.
