Refund Policy

If notified within 5 calendar days after the delivery date documented by the shipping courier, we will either replace or refund any print or product that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer due to:

  • Delivery of a product that does not match the size or media specifications of the item ordered,

  • Printing defects, or

  • Shipping damage.

​To expedite the process please take photos of the incorrect or defective product received. For items damaged during shipping, please photograph the outer packaging and any damaged prints/products. Forward them to us using the link below.
